Nick handles all financial operations within InteliQUAL and is responsible for back office operations including HR, Insurance, and Compliance. Nick has a wide breadth of management and financial experience encompassing over 13 years. The bulk of his career has been spent in Private Equity with Quantum Energy Partners, a Houston based PE firm with over $6.5 billion under management. At Quantum Nick was part of an outstanding PE team that raised back to back $1 billion funds, took three companies public, and managed a portfolio of 12 medium­to­large E&P companies in the U.S. and Canada. Just prior to joining InteliQUAL, Nick was handling business operations for a $15 million restaurant group called Rocket Farm Restaurants backed by the Founder of Quantum. At Rocket Farm, Nick was instrumental in raising $10 mm of PE capital, negotiating over 25,000 square feet of restaurant lease space, and oversaw $8 million in renovation construction. He also oversaw HR and IT related operations for over 200 employees. Nick has a BA from Baylor University, MA from Claremont Graduate University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
